I closely monitored the major Quality indicators (maintain of the defect rate and -40% of customer and distributor complaints) while supervising the monitoring of internal non-conformities (robust action plan) and external (7 major suppliers and 3 copackers).
I managed a team of 6 people (laboratory, quality control, quality coordinator, apprentice, quality officer) and was in charge of an operating budget of 100K€.
Everyday, I looked for the causes of production line issues with the teams and was involved once a week in autonomous maintenance.

For 4 years, I was the Quality Maintenance referent on 4 sites including one in the USA.
I managed internal and external quality (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, central quality, authorities and our teams): at least 1 audit per month and no major deviations.
I took care of monitoring the skills of the staff (around thirty compulsory aeronautical training) and participated in their development by training around 100 people per year.
For 3 years, I was in charge of the deployment of the Group Operational Excellence program within my scope, allowing the teams to be involved as closely as possible in creating added value. This program is based on the daily analysis of the following themes (Safety, Quality, Times, Costs and Team) as well as on the use of standardized improvement tools (Kaizen).
Conclusion: 4 sites deployed, 150 people trained, all the scope managed with the 5S method (25 sites), reduction to one single problem solving method (8D), 1 VSM (-40% of processing time for a customer order) and the autonomy of the teams.

I followed a generalist training in industrial engineering with a specialization in Quality Management of Projects and Processes in partnership with ESSCA.
I participated actively in the life of the school during these 5 years and had a unique opportunity to mature my project by going to meet professionals regularly.
I come back to my school once a year to share during a theoretical and practical course with future graduates.
